Frequently asked, clearly answered
Fifteen questions grouped around install, account, safety, support and editorial decisions. Each answer cites what we can and cannot prove from the staged source snapshot.
The FAQ below is the union of two lists: the homepage decision-FAQ (six questions a shortlisting visitor asks before tapping Install) and the deeper editorial FAQ (nine questions a returning visitor or an audit-minded reader might ask). Both lists are paired with FAQPage schema; what you see is what the structured data says.
Why an FAQ at all
The brand app profile is a verification product, not a marketing brochure. A verification product should answer the next question as clearly as it answers the first. We use an FAQ layout because shortlisting visitors move through three layered decisions: is this the right brand, can I install it safely today, and where do I get help if something goes wrong. The FAQ exposes an answer to all three so the visitor does not need to leave yonogamesplus games to verify any single one.
How to use the FAQ
Open the question that matches your stage. If the answer points you to another route on this product profile, follow it; those routes will in turn point to other FAQs, the responsible-use guidance, or the publisher’s own onboarding. Nothing on the FAQ routes you to an external commerce destination. The Install App CTA is the only place we cross domains, and it always goes through the same first-party affiliate route.
Is Yono Games the operator of the apps listed here?
No. Yono Games is a verification profile and an app library. Each app is operated by its respective owner. The profile lists the app’s public facts only and routes commercial actions through the publisher’s own domain.
What does the fact strip on the homepage actually prove?
The fact strip lists product, platform, source, capture date, currency and status. Each row is grounded in the staged source snapshot. We do not invent rows we cannot source, and we label unknown values as Not published.
How do I install the app on an Android phone?
Tap Install App on the homepage, in the install card on a detail page, or in the mobile sticky bar at the bottom of any mobile-width viewport. The button routes through /Login/playnow and the address bar stays on this domain. If you are ever prompted for credentials on this domain, stop and use /contact/.
Where does the Install button send me?
It routes through /Login/playnow. The affiliate contract specifies a single first-party route; we add dns-prefetch and preconnect for that origin and never embed the full destination path in public HTML. The route itself is a 302 redirect handled at the platform layer.
Where does the data behind the app profiles come from?
From the staged sponsor public data snapshot. We join that with the published game-pool artwork index so each game has one verified image. We do not list apps that are not in the source.
Why is there no bonus claim on the Install App button?
Because the snapshot does not publish a single bonus amount applicable to every user, and we do not invent one. Welcome bonus tiers are visible at /promos/ where the source proves them.
How do cookies work on this product profile?
Strictly necessary cookies are always active so yonogamesplus games works. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default, persist after choice and can be withdrawn at /cookies/ as easily as they were accepted. The choice is stored locally for 12 months.
How do I send a support message?
Open /contact/. Messages are polled by the support team and replied to in the same window. The contact route is a managed delivery file owned by the support inbox pipeline and is not modified by this product profile.
Why does the answer sometimes say Not published?
When the staged source snapshot does not publish a value, we deliberately do not guess. We label the row Not published and route the visitor to verify on the publisher’s own page or via the support inbox.
How do I report an image that looks wrong?
Use /contact/. Include the URL and a description of what you see; an asset can be flagged for review and replacement.
Is the library on /app/ the same as the homepage preview?
The homepage preview shows the first twelve rows; /app/ shows the full ' + str(len(GAMES)) + ' records with search, provider filter and result count. Both views share the same data joined with the published artwork index.
Where can I read snapshot-backed editorial pieces?
Open /news/ for the hub and /news/welcome-bonus-2026-inr-tiers/, /news/vip-15-levels-and-auto-enrol/ and /news/refer-and-earn-source-conflict/ for the seed articles. Each one opens with the verified event and names the source row it relies on.
What about responsible-use tools?
The publisher of any app shown here exposes deposit limits, cooling-off periods, reality checks and self-exclusion. Open /responsible-use/ for the principles and contact details. We do not invent a phone number we cannot verify.
Why do some routes use a flat URL structure and not nested folders?
Flat URLs are easier to shortlist, easier to copy and easier to audit for canonical accuracy. The library uses canonical paths such as /games/magic-lamp-100/ and the YONO profiles use /app/<slug>/.
How do I copy the link to a specific profile or detail page?
Each card links to a stable internal URL. Open the profile you want and copy the address bar. Profiles use the studio name plus the game ID for stability over renames.
