01 · Pre-flightWhat to confirm before tapping install.

Check that the device is on Android 7.0 or later. Open Settings → About phone → Android version. If the version is 6.x or earlier, the install will be blocked at the Unknown sources toggle.

Make sure the device has at least 200 MB of free storage. The APK footprint is small, but yonogamesplus games cache and the first-launch downloads can fill the buffer.

Confirm a stable connection. Wi-Fi is preferred; mobile data will work but may take longer for the first launch.

03 · TroubleshootingFour things that go wrong, and the fix.

If the install is blocked at the Unknown sources toggle, the device is on Android 7 or earlier. Update the OS first, then retry. If the toggle is greyed out, the device is managed by a parental control or an enterprise profile.

If the package name on the install prompt differs from yono.games.app, stop immediately and open a ticket at /support/. A different package name usually means a repackaged APK from a third party.

If the APK downloads but the install completes and the icon does not appear, restart the launcher. Some launchers cache the app drawer for several minutes after a new install.

If the OTP does not arrive within 60 seconds, check the mobile number and the country code. The brand is operated from India and the OTP routes through an Indian SMS gateway; international numbers may take longer or may be rejected by the gateway.

Sports is cricket and football live. Spin is daily wheel rooms. Tap each tab once to populate the local cache; subsequent launches are faster.

Open the VIP card from the profile menu. Confirm the current tier and the tier-up bonus. Set a daily deposit cap from the support desk before making a first deposit; the cap is set in 24 hours and cannot be raised inside the same window.
